Have you looked at the site http://www.BorrowYourBrain.com? In my opinion it’s a new site better suited for online trading than craiglist, especially for intangible goods and services, in which cases a return policy can not be offered by the seller. It addresses both the buyer and the seller’s concerns in a very neat way.
